From now to March 31, Indian chef Pawan is preparing Punjab delicacies at the International Pavilion restaurant with unique spices and recipes newly discovered during his latest trip back home, ready to reclaim the taste buds of foodies in a whole new way.
The Indian delicacy season, unveiled with Curry Night held March 8, offers a themed Indian barbecue carnival, “Night of Bollywood,” every Saturday night.
